C. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled without a fee if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
